Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be confident about your purchase. This policy outlines when refunds are available, how to request one, and what happens when you cancel.

When Refunds Apply
This table covers all Saaph.in paid plans.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@saaph.in with:
- Your registered email address
- Your order/payment ID (available in your account dashboard)
- Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We will review and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings (Account → Manage Plan → Cancel Subscription).
- Monthly plans: Cancelling stops the next billing cycle. You retain Pro access until the current period ends.
- No penalty: There are no cancellation fees or locked-in periods.
- Data retention: After cancellation, your scan history and removal records are kept for 90 days, then deleted unless you request earlier deletion under the DPDP Act 2023.
- Reactivation: You can reactivate your Pro plan at any time by purchasing again.
Free Scan — No Payment Required
The free scan at Saaph.in requires no payment and no refund policy applies. The free scan is a simulation and no financial transaction occurs.
Payment Gateway
Payments on Saaph.in are processed securely through Cashfree Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Saaph.in does not store your card or UPI details. All payment disputes can also be raised directly through your payment provider.
Exceptions
Saaph.in reserves the right to refuse a refund in cases of:
- Suspected abuse or fraudulent activity
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first (may result in account suspension)
If you believe a refund was wrongly refused, you can escalate by emailing data@saaph.in and we will review within 5 business days.
Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to request erasure of your personal data held by Saaph.in. This is separate from a payment refund. To exercise this right, email data@saaph.in with the subject line "Data Erasure Request — DPDP Act 2023."
